What we can diagnose
Most faults are mechanical or electrical rather than mysterious. The work is in finding the cause instead of the symptom, which means testing rather than swapping parts until the noise goes away.

Diagnosis before parts
Anyone can replace a part. The value is in knowing which one, and Teslas are good at producing symptoms that point somewhere other than the cause. A creak that is really a bush. A range complaint that is really a driving pattern. A charging fault that is really a 12V battery on its way out.
So we test first. You get told what we found, what it takes to put right and what it costs, before anything is ordered. If we cannot find it, we say so rather than replacing parts on a hunch and sending you the bill.
